What is required to book?
A DEPOSIT OF $100.00 IS DUE UPON BOOKING TO RESERVE YOUR RENTAL AND EVENT DATE, DEPOSIT DOES APPLY TOWARDS TOTAL BALANCE
DELIVERY/PICKUP FEE IS DETERMINED BY EVENT ADDRESS
REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE THE WEEK OF EVENT WITH A DEADLINE OF 24HRS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE
WE WILL NOT DELIVER SOFT PLAY IF BALANCE IS NOT PAID IN FULL

What are the set up terms?
FOR EVENTS BOOKED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF EVENT DATE WILL RESULT IN A RUSH FEE OF $50.00
WE REQUIRE A COMPLETELY FLAT SURFACE THAT IS FREE OF UNEVEN GRASS, DIRT, ROCKS, HOLES, DEBRIS, BUGS, AND PET DROPPINGS
GRASS PLACEMENT—PLEASE MOW PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT TO PREVENT FLOOR SPLITTING, WHICH CAN BE A TRIPPING HAZARD FOR CHILDREN
SUMMER/OUTDOOR EVENTS SHOULD HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR SHADING, AS OUR EQUIPMENT GETS HOT WITH UV RAYS
FOR PARKS AND EVENT SPACES IT IS THE RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT PERMITS AND PERMISSIONS (IF NEEDED) FOR YOUR LOCATION
PARK EVENTS WILL BE CHARGED A $20.00 FEE
WE DO NOT SET UP DURING RAINFALL OR DRIZZLE, IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE OF RAIN FOR YOUR EVENT DATE PLEASE HAVE A BACKUP INDOOR LOCATION AS A SECOND OPTION
