What is required to book?

A DEPOSIT OF $100.00 IS DUE UPON BOOKING TO RESERVE YOUR RENTAL AND EVENT DATE, DEPOSIT DOES APPLY TOWARDS TOTAL BALANCE

DELIVERY/PICKUP FEE IS DETERMINED BY EVENT ADDRESS

REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE THE WEEK OF EVENT WITH A DEADLINE OF 24HRS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE

WE WILL NOT DELIVER SOFT PLAY IF BALANCE IS NOT PAID IN FULL

A $300.00 MINIMUM IS REQUIRED TO BOOK (BEFORE PICKUP/DELIVERY FEE)

What are the set up terms?

FOR EVENTS BOOKED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF EVENT DATE WILL RESULT IN A RUSH FEE OF $50.00

WE REQUIRE A COMPLETELY FLAT SURFACE THAT IS FREE OF UNEVEN GRASS, DIRT, ROCKS, HOLES, DEBRIS, BUGS, AND PET DROPPINGS

GRASS PLACEMENT—PLEASE MOW PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT TO PREVENT FLOOR SPLITTING, WHICH CAN BE A TRIPPING HAZARD FOR CHILDREN

 SUMMER/OUTDOOR EVENTS SHOULD HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR SHADING, AS OUR EQUIPMENT GETS HOT WITH UV RAYS

FOR PARKS AND EVENT SPACES IT IS THE RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT PERMITS AND PERMISSIONS (IF NEEDED) FOR YOUR LOCATION

PARK EVENTS WILL BE CHARGED A $20.00 FEE

WE DO NOT SET UP DURING RAINFALL OR DRIZZLE, IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE OF RAIN FOR YOUR EVENT DATE PLEASE HAVE A BACKUP INDOOR LOCATION AS A SECOND OPTION

DAMAGES TO ANY EQUIPMENT WILL RESULT IN A REIMBURSEMENT FEE—100% OF EQUIPMENT(S) VALUE/PURCHASE PRICE

EVENTS ENDING PAST 6PM WILL BE QUOTED FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS NEEDED AT A RATE OF $25.00/HR

What is the cancellation policy?

CANCELLATION FOR ANY REASON IS PERMITTED UP TO ONE WEEK BEFORE EVENT WITH PROPER NOTIFICATION FROM THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY

FAILURE TO NOTIFY WITHIN ONE WEEK OF EVENT WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITED DEPOSIT OTHERWISE IS TRANSFERABLE TO AN ALTERNATE DATE UPON AVAILABILITY

IN THE CASE OF UNFORTUNATE WEATHER, YOUR DEPOSIT AND/OR BALANCE MADE IS TRANSFERABLE TO AN ALTERNATE DATE UPON AVAILABILITY
